Tool steel: used for manufacturing various cutting tools, forming tools, and measuring tools, usually divided into non alloy tool steel, alloy tool steel, and high-speed tool steel.

Bearing steel: used for rolling bearings with balls, rollers, inner and outer rings, requiring high fatigue strength, wear resistance, purity, and uniform microstructure.

Stainless steel: It has stainless and acid resistance properties and is widely used in food equipment, general chemical equipment, and other fields.

Production method of steel

Most steel is made through pressure processing and can be divided into two types based on the processing temperature: cold processing and hot processing. The main processing methods are:

Rolling: The process of passing a metal billet through the gap between a pair of rotating rollers, where the material's cross-section decreases and length increases due to the compression of the rollers. It is the most commonly used method for producing steel and is mainly used for producing profiles, plates, and pipes.

Forging: Using the reciprocating impact force of a forging hammer or the pressure of a press to change the billet into the desired shape and size, generally divided into free forging and die forging, commonly used in the production of large section materials such as large materials and open billets.

Pulling: A processing method that involves pulling and pulling rolled metal billets (shapes, tubes, products, etc.) through mold holes to reduce cross-section and increase length, mostly used for cold processing.

Squeezing: A processing method in which metal is placed in a sealed extrusion cylinder and pressure is applied to one end to extrude the metal from a specified mold hole, resulting in a finished product of the same shape and size. It is commonly used in the production of non-ferrous metal materials.

Financial policy: The government will increase credit support for steel enterprises and guide financial institutions to provide financing convenience for eligible steel enterprises. At the same time, through policies such as fiscal subsidies and tax incentives, enterprise costs can be reduced and profitability can be improved. In addition, the country will strengthen guidance and supervision on corporate mergers and acquisitions, promote industry resource integration, and optimize industrial structure.
